How do we preserve not just textiles, but the stories they carry?

Today's talk explores the practice of textile conservation, collection care, documentation, and writing, while considering how to responsibly interpret and share textile heritage. To view collections not simply as objects to be kept, but as living records of culture, memory, and identity.
